Lulu's kitchen witch pumpkin house

To be honest, I was very disappointed with my dining experience. I went with a friend and waited 57 minutes for my order (we arrived at 6:17 p.m., sat at 6:21 p.m., ordered at 6:30 p.m., and I got my dish at 7:27 p.m. !!). My friend was luckier and he got his food 20 minutes after ordering. So my friend ate and I waited. We asked 2 times about my order to make sure it wasn't lost. One hour later, I had my food and ate on my own, because my friend, of course, was done. If you have a bit of social culture, what's the point of going to a restaurant with friends if you eat separately ?. If you go there on a lover dating, it would be so lame. And I can understand about a sudden problem in the kitchen, but I cannot understand that they don't tell their customers nor apologize seriously. Otherwise, the restaurant definitely has an exceptional decoration.

Such a weird place. I'm giving it 3 stars because the severs were super nice, otherwise it would have been 1. This was our second time there, and both experiences were just about the same. Like others have said, the service is ridiculous slow. About as bad as I've seen in my life. We waited 30 minutes just to be served our drinks, and then another 10 minutes after reminding them. How long does it take to pop the cap on a beer? Our total time in the place was about 2 hours. If you go for lunch, you might end up bumping into dinner time and need to start over. Cost wasn't that bad. Pretty reasonable for a "theme" restaurant. The food: Nothing special. Its very bland. I had the cajun graten. It had some nice tender meatballs, but its as if they forgot the seasoning. The cage was stale. The gelatin was also old because it had some skin on it. The ice cream desert was pretty decent, but it had some stale marshmallows on top. Its worth going to see the elaborate decorations, especially if you are looking for photos, its hard to beat. But you are paying for the decoration, not the food. I get the feeling this place is owned by some rich person that just has it as a hobby. There is no way they can be making enough money to support the overhead, based on the scant customers that were there. We ended up there because everything else was packed, but 90% of their tables were open. If they improved their efficiency, food taste, and management, this place would be awesome.

Perfect for halloween themed cafe. We love this place. Although we came to the area to originally check the CMP blocks museum and when we arrived found out that it’s closed on Mondays. We have been lucky enough to found this place by accident. The service is awesome, food is affordable and it is automatically full meal course that comes with salad, soup, main course and the dessert even drinks.

Atmosphere was nice and restrooms were immaculate. The food was pretty good, but a little bland by American standards. The food presentation was very nice and the puff pastries were light and flaky (nearly perfect). The staff were friendly and attentive.

This pumpkin themed restaurant is Wonderfully decorated every inch of the interior including the bathroom, surprisingly cozy while the food was alright. Staffs are very polite and kind, even treated us with bonus drinks. 室內擺飾超用心的, just amazing.

Great ambience and atmosphere! Staff are very polite and friendly! Interiors have been highly maintained and designed like pumpkin theme! Waited only for 5 minutes, recommended for family with kids and elders. Food quality was great, tasty and hygiene! Cost is on bit high side but worth it. Although I felt the utensils might be maintained much better. Bon appetite!

Servers are NICE But their kitchen must be severely understaffed, medium rare steak was overcooked on one side, the kitchen is slow to the extreme, you can see the waiterress being fast and all refilling water, but without the food there's nothing much they can do. Food was really not worth the price, you are paying for the decoration, do not walk in here hungry expecting to enjoy a good meal. Unless you want to take photo with the decorations for 1 hour prior to your meal then the place is lit, even their bathrooms nice. Just remember the server EXPEDITED the food AND IT TOOK 1 HOUR. Timeline: 1:00pm - made the order 1:30pm - Got just the soup and 1 slice of bread at' still waiting on my food, send help. 1:45pm - complained about starving, the waitress is very nice and told me she'll expedite the meal for me and I asked to have my drink first. 2:01pm - got the first main course, waiting on second. 2:08pm - got second main. Finally.

The space is very kitschy with lots of cool knickknacks, but other than the tea which was delicious the food was marginal at best. Our Pumpkin platter took over 20 minutes to arrive and was completely cold. The vegetable soup had almost no flavor. We got the pumpkin pie (American style). It’s not the creamy pumpkin pie that you get on Thanksgiving. It’s a thicker pumpkin purée that is dry.
