It's like a tonnkatsu version while Fuhong's tasted like a lighter shoyu/beef pho broth. The noodles are also better cooked - not floury on the inside. Cucumbers - 4 stars Nice and salty! 红油抄手 - 4 stars Flavored with Sichuan peppercorns. Fresh and full of meat.
