Didn't manage to visit the exhibition part due to closure for maintainance. But worth for visit if u r around after you have 正常鲜肉小笼包! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few sites to see in Luodong. A real gem of modern architecture to explore, stands out from everything else in the town. Fun park for kids, nice art gallery upstairs, and a large observation platform--too bad most of the view is all the surrounding ugly buildings and billboards. Seems to have events quite often (plays, concerts, art, food fairs, etc.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting architecture. A great civic space where locals hang out. There are mainly 3 parts to this place - the "outdoor stage" for performances, an "art corridor" (the yilan art awards were being exhibited when I was there), a rooftop deck with a 360 degree view of the buildings around - though they aren't exactly pretty. But it's still a nice, quiet place to relax and enjoy the breeze.
