Hair cut plus dyed my hair and bleached a few strips of my hair into blue nd purple. It cost me $6000+ cash only and 7 hours. Hair color (blue and purple stripes) lasted for a month only. Luckily I use all the hair products for color treated hair so my hair still looks and feels smooth. Otherwise, most of my blue hair is not blue but silver, my purple hair is brown at root. It's a waste of my cash and my time. My stars go to the young man who washed my hair and massaged my head very well.

Hairdresser Diky is a professional stylist who gives you good advice on which type of hair style suits you the most. She is earnest and treats customers with enthusiasm . If you happen to visit Lusso, I recommend you to have Diky as your hairdresser.

I was excited for my haircut appointment at LUSSO based on their thousands of 5-star reviews, but I ended up with the worst haircut I've ever had in 30 years. During my consultation with my stylist, I asked for a hairstyle that is easy to manage, since I rarely heat-style my hair. Usually I let my hair air-dry because I spend much of my time working outdoors in the wild. My hair is also naturally wavy, so when the stylist started cutting my hair, she decided it would be easier to straighten it first. I didn't think it was a good idea, because once my hair goes back into its naturally wavy state, the cut might become uneven. She was confident that it would be fine, so I trusted her decision since she's the professional. Sure enough, withing my 3-minute walk home from LUSSO, the humidity caused my hair to unstraighten, I was left with a completely uneven, bulky haircut. The salon was kind enough to offer to cut it again, but unfortunately it didn't improve the situation. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the lack of technique, and I will not be returning.

Great barbershop, it was my first visit and they took me immediately without an appointment. Service was nice overall, I really enjoyed the massage that came with the hair wash, and love the look of my new hairstyle by Joyce! Dogs are welcome.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and are very competent. I have curly hair (3b) and they were very accommodating to my own preferences for how to cut and style. Joyce was amazing and I can’t wait to come back :) 謝謝
