It’s super difficult to make an appointment. Every appointment has to be scheduled for more than 1 month. Every time I go for repairs, I basically start to change the parts and try first. Anyway, I still have to change it because there are other things to be changed~

The technicians on duty are really coming from the heart. They are dedicated and friendly, try their best to help with the problem, and really like to support it, but the customer waiting area is too simple and not good enough!

Today, I returned to the factory for health check and navigation to change the map. The service personnel are kind and courteous, the maintenance personnel are professional and fast, the lounge is comfortable and cool, there is free coffee to enjoy, the car is handled quickly, and there is no waiting long!
