★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 換個引擎腳不到半小時車子開走了，停車後要啟動竟然發不動，還需叫拖吊車到場拖掉，當下也沒車可代步還要我們坐計程車回家，隔天還硬說我們發電機及電瓶都壞了，要收14000，前2個月才進場保養都沒發現這些問題，這對維修技師技術疑慮100%，是換引擎腳時弄壞了什麼設備，故意說什麼發電機電瓶沒電的，真的讓消費者感覺是被詐騙集團騙了，要推卸責任也不是這樣的吧！整個事件的故障也太巧合了吧！

There was no car to transport and we had to take a taxi to go home. The next day he insisted on us. The generator and battery are broken, and I have to charge 14,000. I didn’t find these problems until the first 2 months when I entered the site for maintenance. This is 100% technical doubt for the maintenance technician. It is because the equipment was broken when the engine foot was changed, and what was deliberately said. The battery of the motor is dead, which really makes consumers feel that they have been cheated by a scam group. It is not the same to shirk responsibility, right! The failure of the whole incident is too coincidental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然之前渦輪說沒問題結果保固一過就說有問題很不爽，但技師是無辜的可能有業績壓力吧？回來保養有提供免費洗車免費咖啡覺得很棒，希望原廠可以改善推銷保養配件的老毛病，多站在客戶角度思考，會是永續經營的關鍵，台灣納智捷加油。

It’s great to come back for maintenance and provide free car wash and free coffee. I hope that the original factory can improve the old problems of selling maintenance accessories. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 請問有車友的Luxgen 2016 M7 Turbo ECO Hyper 底盤下方牛擔生鏽這樣的嗎？才4年多鏽成這正常嗎？我也不住在海邊阿，請問要怎麼處理，因3年保固期已過了。……有車友了解這是保固期3年過了才開始生鏽……＊還是3年保固內就生鏽了，我都回原廠保養阿，我看原廠技師也有把車吊起來，拿手電筒在那附近檢查阿，難道他都沒看到嗎？還是故意不講？還是公司叫他不要講的？？…………有車友遇到相同問題嗎？可以協助提供處理方法嗎！謝謝

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保養時特別交代不要洗車，結果還是洗了，但是看的出來洗的非常隨便，車身很多小區域沒洗到，還出現很多小刮痕

這次感覺很不好！?
是人員不夠嗎？還是？感覺服務員大家都在忙!(沒有特別想要!只是感覺很差)，一樣在位置上等待，就是被跳過沒被問到需要咖啡或餅乾嗎?(不夠帥)。還好自己有帶咖啡☕?
不到5分鐘終於有人走過來，來問我…先生這張給您參考一下。?(宣傳單)
這次保養我只有宣傳單~還是新車的宣傳單唷～?
整個保養結束只能自助式，水，離開前生氣氣自助式來瓶汽水!?(想喝咖啡但沒看到咖啡機)?
一直在原廠保養以前還沒怎麼糟，現在怎麼變樣了!
以後保養還是去看技師維修好了！(不會有不同待遇問題?)

The whole maintenance is over and can only be self-service, water, and self-service soda before leaving! ? (I want to drink coffee but did not see the coffee machine) ?
