★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感謝2/5（六）下午的值班人員，過年期間我們的車（M7)突然故障，檢修後我們請拖吊將車拖回員林廠，但因為我們一家四口跟行李有點多，所以另請包車司機來接送，等待司機來的一個半小時，值班人員貼心的讓我們先在貴賓室休息，且讓我們的小孩能使用遊戲室，雖然打擾很久但服務態度還是非常好，等我們的包車到了！當天值班的兩位小姐還很貼心的幫我一起看著小孩跟提行李上車，真的由衷感謝，納智捷的服務人員素質跟服務都超級優秀，大推！
Thanks to the staff on duty on the afternoon of 2/5 (Saturday), our car (M7) suddenly broke down during the Chinese New Year. After the maintenance, we asked a tow truck to tow the car back to Yuanlin Factory. However, because our family of four and our luggage is a bit too much, we need to make another trip.
