來打疫苗什麼問診都沒有,打完什麼話也沒有說,跟其他診所真的有差異,當初打第二劑的時候其他診所會提醒不要揉打針的地方跟多喝水,BTW, 裡面醫生跟護士平均年齡大概80歲了,其他生病要看醫生來這邊看感覺風險蠻高哦

近日到全民醫院做駕照體檢,事前有先打電話詢問相關事宜,接電人員態度很好。 因為有預先查 google 評價,所以做好了心理準備才前往。結果發現整體服務並沒有想像中那麼糟糕,畢竟是比較老舊狹小的醫院,疫情期間醫護人員也都很忙碌辛苦、講話比較急,態度不會讓我覺得很差。(而且這裡是醫院,不是餐廳或服務業啊~)

態度非常差,換藥的時候想說換個姿勢,護理師比較好用,不用一直彎腰,結果還被她罵,我也只是好意,可以告訴我不要亂動就好,不需要念一堆,然後因為我是車禍,身上有大面積傷口,結果護理師就用一種嘲諷的語氣說那你速度騎很快喔,我還要跟她解釋我是被撞的,我也不願意這樣。再來是醫生,想請他幫我另外開一張診斷書上面可以註明需要在家休養,因為我現在的狀態沒有辦法去學校,醫生問我需要休息多久,我說可能兩個禮拜,他驚訝的說太久了吧,那你問我幹嘛?結果最後他又說,昨天急診已經有診斷書,他沒辦法開,那為什麼不一開始就說。

掛號 兩年沒看診系統紙本全部歸零,紀錄空白覺得離譜。詢問為什麼,全部的人都說不知道。(想多收初診加收費用嗎?) 等候 等候看診的時候看到護理師要求病人量血壓,沒有專注紀錄數字,下一個病人量血壓把前人數字洗掉,護理師拍第二個病人的肩膀:你要量之前要讓我看一下啊! 第一個病人(沒注意自己的數字)和護理師(沒專心紀錄)沒做好自己的事就算了還要怪罪無辜的第二個量血壓的病人 看診 動物咬傷看診,醫生沒交待怎麼治療,只說要打針,追問是不是會清理傷口,再問會不會開抗生素,醫生不耐煩的說該處理的都會給你處理。護理師明明說傷口不嚴重卻威脅:要專業的人包紮才不會細菌感染。如果合理的說:紅腫沒消退要再來看診,或是指導如何在家消毒換藥才對吧!
