★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我想要投訴蘆洲光華路郵局（三重18支）郵寄窗口服務員的服務態度非常惡劣。2020年3月16日，我到該窗口寄包裹去香港，服務員在沒有查明任何資料的情況下直接拒絕我投寄，同時只問我是否曾經有寄過同類物件，我回答沒有。當時我堅持想要寄出，服務員才開始打電話去詢問相關部門，同時得到的答案是這個物件台灣是可以寄，不過不確定香港會否收。我同意寄出，可是服務員在辦理業務時態度非常懶散，一直在處理其他文書，忽視我的等待。在此，希望蘆洲光華路郵局（三重18支）服務水準能有所提高，謝謝。
 I would like to complain that the service attitude of the mail window attendants at Guanghua Road Post Office (Mie 18) in Luzhou is very bad. On March 16, 2020, I went to the window to send a package to Hong Kong. The waiter directly refused me to post without finding any information. At the same time, I only asked if I had ever sent similar items. I answered no. At that time, I insisted on wanting to send it out. The waiter started to call to ask the relevant departments. At the same time, the answer was that Taiwan can send this item, but I'm not sure if it will be received by Hong Kong. I agreed to send it out, but the waiter was very lazy when dealing with business, and has been processing other documents, ignoring my waiting. Here, I hope that the service level of Luzhou Guanghua Road Post Office (Mie 18) can be improved, thank you.
