★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A relatively small night market but it's busy with a huge selections of food. Give this place a try if you've already gone to Shilin Night Market. Rated it 3 stars because the shoppers have to share the narrow streets with scooters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many people have commented, there are a lot of cars and scooters around this market. I wouldn’t recommend this market to people with young kids and people on wheel chairs, as the scooters are going really fast and they come out of nowhere. There are a lot of dodging scooters and waiting for cars to go past involved, which made it harder for us to fully enjoy this market. It’s a local market rather than touristy market (e.g. Shilin market), which means, instead of seeing food stalls everywhere, there are a combination of clothing shops, bargain shops, fresh produce shops and some food stalls. We had pork rice and noodles, loved the affordable good food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best night market in Taiwan. Friendly locals serving up the best dishes at cheap prices. There are also clothes and accessory shops there too. Luzhou night market is open all the way up until around 10pm, some vendors even longer! There’s lots of scooters brushing past you while walking so you can even eat your dinner while dodging scooters which just adds to the excitement. A must see!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy it here. Great food and not crowded like many of the night markets in Taipei. Delicious scallion and fried dough (no idea what it actually is). The only downside is all the scooters that are allowed to drive through the market. Would be better if they didn’t allow that.
