先與店家確認可以的時間，並匯款後，第一次預約為10月4日下午三點，店家才說明因中秋節晚上有約會麻煩我們改期。
第二次也和店家確認後改約10月10日下午1點，朋友從嘉義上來要做戒指，當日提早十五分鐘到店門口發現尚未營業，等到下午1點後致電給店家詢問，店家表示老師記錯時間還沒出門，詢問到底什麼時候會到，店家表示老師已經在路上，但無法肯定什麼時候可以到。
非常差的消費經驗，店家與老師相互推卸責任，以上為個人經驗，建議要去的人請三思，特別是需要從外地來體驗的。
