My brand new, 18 core computer from MAQ kept on crashing after I bought it from them. We spent 3 months trying to resolve the issue, with crashes continuing almost daily. By the time I returned the computer because it was clearly not working, they told me it's too late to return. They said they'd sell the components and see how much I get back. I lost over 15% of the value I spent on the computer. They told me the problem is the software I'm running, which is not true. All my software is legit. I have since bought a new iMac and have all the same software installed and it runs flawlessly. No crashed in 3 months.
