態度真的很差,難道一定要全身專櫃名牌才是客人嗎?MAC自己在專櫃的價格也沒多高,不知道為什麼櫃姐的態度可以這麼差,問問題櫃姐就不耐煩,顧客難道不能選擇自己需要的產品嗎? 若是不需要服務,請問專櫃何必有櫃姐上班? 今天根本不需其他多餘的服務,只需要試色在手上,態度還能差成這樣,問問題就乒乓靠北回來,我真的不明白,作為常常在官網買的客人,對於櫃位的服務實在不敢恭維,且不止替我服務的櫃姐很沒禮貌,其餘的也都一直以餘光藐視,請問這就是MAC對待客人的方式嗎?

服務態度真的有夠差欸?️ 覺得身上沒有名牌就買不起嗎? 詢問是否有眼影 四個濃妝豔抹的人站在那邊滑手機理都不理 有夠沒禮貌 不想服務來上班幹嘛?櫃姐真的沒有比較了不起欸 噢對了 補一下客訴之後 他們的反應是以後如果我要逛他們店 要我先打電話去跟他們預約:)以免他們服務不到我 好好笑 逛街還要打電話預約 這也太好笑了吧

我自己是MAC的死忠粉,已經連續兩三年金卡了,因為認識的櫃姐沒有繼續做了的關係,我一直找不到合拍的櫃姐,所以買MAC的產品就沒有再挑櫃位 因為我比較常逛新光,所以就選擇在新光買 我可以接受東西缺貨需要用寄的,也很願意等喜歡的產品補貨,但記錯東西跟搞錯我要的產品這個問題已經發生兩次了,都是在新光櫃,我覺得蠻不受尊重的,接二連三的發生這種問題真的讓我覺得新光櫃非常的不可靠,希望可以加強改善這個部分 除此之外櫃姐看人也是一個很微妙的感覺,可能我平常穿著比較休閒不像是有錢的樣子吧,在我報會員之前都愛理不理,等看到我會員金卡,才開始熱烈推薦各式各樣的產品,坦白講體驗真的很差⋯⋯ 未來不會再去新光櫃購物了
