★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我在麥卡納消費已經很多次了,對於另一則吳先生/小姐說發表的言論並不太認同,我每次去消費店裡的小姐或先生態度都非常有禮貌也會詳細回答我的問題,讓我覺得得到很好的服務,相較於吳先生/小姐所提出的評論較不能認同,你所提出的問題全部都是你自己假設的,假設店員的微笑是在取笑你,請問如果你自己本身如果面對你自己的客人或客戶對他們微笑,你也是在嘴角上揚在嘲笑你的顧客或客戶嗎?你問什麼問題店員就怎麼回答你,你自己忘記鞋墊這個名稱,沒有正確詢問然後在怪店員的回答不是你所想知道的問題,讓同是在服務業工作的我,也同是麥卡納顧客的我想為店員平反一下,你所有的指控全都是你自己的假設情況下發生,看你的言論也讓我很不懂店員整理鞋子有那裡是錯誤的嗎?一間店開門不是只為了迎接你一位客人上門,人家把環境整理好,讓其他客人上門也能享有整齊乾淨的環境,這樣也錯了嗎?看完你的評論讓我覺得所有問題根本不在店員身上。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/30 我到台南新光三越 對面的macanna 分店去購買鞋、很開心的直接購買六雙人 但礙於店員說活動關係只能先結4雙的鞋 另外兩雙 叫我們10月在來結帳 因為業績報帳的關係 、兩雙中 其中一雙要以10月的活動價計算、一雙需要調尺寸 讓我們10月3~4號過來拿 ⋯3號當天因為吃飯經過到店裏去問鞋到了沒有⋯店員說台南調不到貨要從台北調 (這中間沒有一個通知的電話)所以在9~10號可以拿到貨、一直等到19號沒有接過一通電話告知取貨通知。本人親自打電話去問 鞋子到了沒 店員竟然回答我說 你調的是哪一雙鞋 當場我快暈倒了 我等了2個禮拜多的時間遽然問我調哪一雙什麼尺寸 、店員又改口說鞋子調錯 所以沒有通知、店員連客戶要的尺寸都不知道 那又怎麼知道鞋子調錯了???當天有一位主管打電話來關心 很是欣慰、隔天去到店裏瞭解鞋子的狀況⋯結果店員就坐在櫃檯 連站起來說話都沒有 感覺真的太糟糕了、店員還說了一句看你們現在要怎麼樣 請問我能怎麼樣、對談中得到的都是別人交接出了問題 單子又沒收好 又說10月1~3號她休假(重點我10月3號去的去店裡那天她是在店裏的櫃檯坐著的)一連串的理由跟藉口 沒有得到誠懇的抱歉 就坐在櫃檯。主管又打電話來關心 說抱歉 我也不想為難別人 只要拿到鞋就好 主管也答應今晚一定會拿到鞋。結果不知道是誰又打電話來說因為假日的關係貨要週一才拿到 我體諒假日的關係 所以就說好。週一去店裡拿貨 結果讓我完全傻眼的是 一雙顏色不對 另一雙店員根本不記得我們要的是哪一雙⋯真的第一次買個東西可以買到讓人這麼的 疲勞 委屈。買個鞋可以買到讓人身心疲累 。後來我要求店員 沒有結帳的另一雙鞋要跟之前已經結帳的鞋一樣的價格、結果主管打店話來說 店員算的方式不對所以導致我們誤會她們的平均價格⋯如果無法接受就到門市退貨。我不知道貴公司怎麼教育員工 我買個鞋搞到快一個月的時間 重點拿到的又不是我們要的顏色 更不知道幫我們保留的是哪一個款式、實在讓人太委屈了 希望貴公司能給個滿意的答覆。
