如果可以的話一顆星都不想給, 家人因為心臟不舒服掛急診, 詢問醫生結果, 態度是不耐煩,直接回應說他人就好好的, 後來家人反應想嘔吐, 結果找醫生只是得到了更隨便不耐煩的態度, 會這麼生氣是因為當時根本沒有很忙! 還可以看到醫生護士在旁邊偶爾有說有笑, 也許報告數值沒事但看家人不舒服的樣子以及醫生的處理態度覺得非常的不恰當! 而且我並沒有一直追著醫師問東問西, 就連第一次去問家人的檢查結果就直接被不耐煩:)

有些護士的態度真的很差,客客氣氣的詢問一下事項,阿不知道口氣在差什麼,啊復健中心一群復健師圍在一起聊天玩小孩? 5點下班4.整去做復健,說太晚要下班了?! 平常復健就10-15分鐘而已,這樣還晚? 但不代表整個醫院,希望院方篩選好護理人員( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ ) 但還是辛苦其他盡責努力的護理人員說聲辛苦了?

我差點痛死在馬階醫院台東分院的病床上( 請貴院嚴肅處理,給我滿意的答覆和交待) 我林政陽於3月28日因內出血到貴院就診並住院。 4月4日下午五點五十分用完晚餐後腹部開始疼痛,按玲通知值班護士,值班護士探視只冷淡的說:你腹部揉揉,起來走走就可以了。 我按照值班照護士所說,按摩腹部並走走,但腹痛未減,更痛。我只能躺在病床上翻來滾去,再按鈴通知值班護士,值班護士口吻不耐煩的回答,你又怎麼了。我說:腹痛難耐。值班護士不耐回答:再觀察看看。我則持續疼到無法忍受,痛苦哀嚎,只好再按鈴通知。值班護士約莫五分鐘後才來問我什麼事,我說:疼痛難忍,請給我打個只痛針。值班護士話也沒回,就離開了。 痛到晚上七點三十八分,我再按鈴問止痛針,值班護士冷冷回答:已在處理了。 晚上八點二十分,我太太回到病房,看我疼痛哀嚎,於是前往值班櫃台,只聽到一位值班護士向另外一位值班護士說:8C80A的病人又在哀嚎了(聽任病人哀嚎無動於衷,真是可惡又冷血) 。我太太很生氣的說:你們怎麼可以這樣,住院病人有狀況,不管不顧,可以這樣嗎?請即刻處理。 直到晚上九點,值班護士才會同謝玉芬專科護理師到病房探視,只告知可能是胃痙攣,之後也沒做任何處理就離開了。 我太太立刻上網查詢胃痙攣該如何處理,然後立刻給我進行腹部熱敷,約莫十來分鐘就止痛了。 晚上九點一十五分,值班護士拿了止痛針到病房對我們說:止痛針來了。我說:已不痛了。值班護士不高興的說:說要打止痛針的是你,現在止痛針來了,你又說不打,你還是打好了。我們說:不痛了不打。值班護士仍堅持要打。我說:我已不痛,為何要打?於是值班護士不悅的掉頭就走。 晚上九點五十分,點滴不通,我按玲請值班護士處理,值班護士瞬間通針,插針處產生劇痛,真是惡劣。 晚上十點五十分,值班護士說:我們明天出院,將我的點滴拔除,僅剩埋針未除。 四月五日,早上十一點,我太太說:今天出院,怎麼到現在還未有告知出院的動作,是不是應該前去詢問辦理繳費出院事宜。於是我太太前往值班櫃台,值班護士告知,因為我前晚有腹痛情況,所以蔡醫師說:需多住院一天觀察。我說:不住了,我辦出院,這種不顧病人死活,有狀況也不處理的冷血醫院,我一刻也不想待了。 當天中午十二點以前,我辦好手續,完成出院。 以上是我在馬階醫院台東醫院的慘痛住院經歷,特此詳載,供各界針砭參考。
