Best Vietnamese restaurant in Taiwan

M	Marc Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above average Vietnamese food. Large restaurant but gets quite crowded during peak hours. I had the beef soup with baguette which was very tasty! Wife has the fried spring roll with rice noodles - portion was generous. Unfortunately they don’t have banh mi on the menu!

The beef noodles soup had good flavor, but the meats were a bit tough. The vegetables were fresh and refillable, but again, the skewers were tough, not tender. Service was okay !

Perhaps missing the viet chilli for my beef ? Service is also not that good. The staff was rather rude when I asked for my coffee which didnt arrive even after I finished my food.

They serve Vietnamese food made by Vietnamese people and served in the way that you would receive if you were to visit Vietnam, right down to the packaged wet wipes on the table. The food is very tasty but not cheap. It’s a slightly more upscale kind of restaurant and could be a good date site. It’s located near a night market area too.

I liked their Vietnamese fried rice noodle 越式炒河粉，and the white bread, Bánh mì Việt Nam 白麵包。 it will be a pity if you come here but miss them. Their small green basket provides herbs for 炸春捲 and roasted meat.
