Little costly for the portions.... hard to find parking... other than that very good....

It can get a bit busy, but the food is decent and usually served very quickly.

It was a little bit disappointing. Serving sizes were small, and the food not as appetising or as good a range as we have come to expect from other restaurants in the same group (Sushi Express and Teishoku). Ordering from your phone was a novelty.

the seafoods were ok but the rice was terrible. you can definitely get better sushi from other restaurants with similar price.

Interesting upgraded version of the kaiten sushi. Each seat gets a unique QR code which opens to your personal ordering page. You can order from your phone, and the dishes will arrive by Shinkansen on one of two tracks. The ordering works smoothly but occupies the customer’s phones, uses their data, power, and is more expensive. What if someone comes in without a phone? The food was not much different from the usual stores, so we are paying the extra bucks mostly for the experience. It’s worth a visit, or two, at most.

One branch of a big chain - nice food but let down by basic hygiene/cleanliness. I enjoy ordering my food on my smartphone (note there is a QR code for each seat) and I enjoy having my food delivered by a mini bullet train. It’s slightly more expensive than Sushi Express, but the quality is good and the food tasty. For a change we ordered the sous vide steak and a seasonal salmon with mango. Both very nice. Your food is sent along tracks next to your table and at this branch the lower track was the problem. It was filthy and covered in bits of dirt down the whole length of the track. We arrived before 5:30 so this was the start of the evening and they just hadn’t cleaned it. A damp cloth or mini-vacuum cleaner would have done the job. But it wasn’t nice to easy next to something was obviously dirty. One bit of dirt - ok that happens but this was the whole length of the lower track. Also not very impressed by the member of staff who was wearing his mask on his chin instead of his mouth at the cash desk. I like Magic Touch as a brand and their food, but won’t be going back to this branch and will be wary in other branches.
