靠近葫洲站在巷內間的小店,點了點心名稱叫琥珀的蛋糕,味道很濃郁又有點酒香,蠻好吃的,價格算中上。另外有點熱拿鐵,飲品也不錯。

IG:elaine108018 很美的一家甜點店,原本是為了芋泥蒙布朗去的 結果超搶手,全部賣完了,建議大家早點去。 但覆盆子巧克力也好好吃,口感和視覺都獲得很棒的享受~

因為正好有半小時空檔,來店裡休息一下,點了琥珀及博士茶。甜點(琥珀?)很小很好吃,細膩但也很甜(好險很小)。 裝潢很美,可惜兩位店員可能忙著有外送訂單,整個櫃台都是雜物,連下午茶點心架也全是文具。想拍個聖誕氣氛的角落也發現一旁地上都是紙箱⋯⋯ 飲用水及衛生紙是自助式的,但入座時沒人說明,當我開口要的時候,才說在旁邊櫃子上? 但高價位等同於星級飯店咖啡廳價位,但裝潢服務差多了。但這些都容易改善,希望下次能有更好的體驗

慕名而來吃了朋友推薦的檸檬塔,真的有別以前吃過的檸檬塔,特別是酥脆的千層派似的塔皮非常令人驚艷!檸檬本身也夠酸,雖然吃第一口真的酸到皺眉,但越吃越上癮,還會回甘~~ 另外也點了布丁,是少女口味的微甜布蕾,不至於死甜,但個人更偏好有苦味的布蕾? 令人也很驚艷的是紅茶(巴黎戀人什麼的),原本不抱期待,但意外的口味很有層次,也可以回沖,很值得推薦~ 最後兩人消費為$480 (店內可用LINE PAY與街口,也有看到foodpanda外送)

下午茶Maison Lilas法式甜點店,粉紅色系溫馨風格,下午一點到晚上七點,甜點非常少量,因為皆是老闆自己親手製作,網紅專賣芋香蒙布朗 質感夢幻法式甜點,甜點精緻美觀可口,推法式檸檬塔香醇微酸,餅皮酥脆,咖啡耶加雪妃菲,日曬果丁丁,入口有鳳梨、芒果、波羅蜜香氣,清新酸值甜度佳有豐富的水果調性,非常順口感受幸福。

裝潢5顆星 蛋糕甜點2顆星 再訪機率0顆星 當天點的餐點 @覆盆子巧克力(招牌) 完全不推,沒有特別點,可以參考我po的圖片,就不特別,對不起200元的價格,裡面就是普通的巧克力蛋糕,加普通的覆盆子巧克力慕斯,就是普通到一個極致。 @檸檬塔(地雷) 主廚,請不要偷懶,放檸檬酸,酸到讓人懷疑人生,特別之處就是外面酥皮的塔皮,一點都沒有特別,就好比炸過的餛飩皮,裡面內餡的杏仁餡料,平淡無奇,唉,超級大地雷,比我自己做的還難吃。 @蘋果塔(普通) 可能超過了season美味的阿嬤蘋果塔後,再來吃這個,覺得就平淡無奇,不好吃,但是比檸檬塔強一點,因為檸檬塔放了可怕的化學檸檬酸,這個勉強能吃。 @可麗露 能吃但是中間好像沒有烤熟,Paul比較好吃 @費南雪 切面乾燥到大家可以體會到有多乾吧,我覺得我做的費南雪比它還好吃,只能這個說,不推。 @覆盆子蛋白餅 這不是真正的法式蛋白餅,就是普通的美式很甜的蛋白餅,就普普啦。 6/17補充 酸類產品在加熱過程中會分解,所以不論中西料理中,只要是加熱過的檸檬,醋類都是會不酸的,但是貴店的檸檬塔也太酸了吧,酸的不自然喔,主廚要加油喔! 這樣子的甜點是不合格的,請參考法朋李老師的食譜,我想對您的廚藝會更加法國喔!這樣子才不會對不起日本的老師。 至於費南雪的食譜,我之前有去板橋mama de maison上課,裡面添加了冷凍覆盆子,效果很好喔,但是您用的奶油做出來的焦奶油不香,這個原因嗎,可能奶油用的不好,奶油還是要用伊斯尼 以上是一個歪嘴不負責任的歐巴桑留,不過那個檸檬塔真的不行,還有那個塔皮,我跟朋友都想到炸餛飩皮,這不是法國塔,這不是肯德基..... 希望我們下次造訪,您的甜點是真的變成法式甜點喔

第一次google評論獻給這家店 1. 蘋果塔的鏡面非常漂亮,甜度適中,也吃的到蘋果的口感,重點是沒有我討厭的肉桂?而且塔皮口感非常特別~~ 2. 栗子蒙布朗也很好吃,栗子的味道非常濃郁,原本以為中間白色的是栗子泥,問店家才知道是打發到比較硬的鮮奶油,整個蛋糕雖然偏甜,但卻不會膩! 3. 平常我不愛吃可麗露,在店家強力推薦下點了可麗露,口感很讓人驚艷,外皮脆硬,但內心軟Q微濕潤,有Cream的口感,同行有吃過可麗露的朋友也覺得很好吃! 4. 沒有拍到照的檸檬塔也非常好吃,酸度的平衡拿捏的剛剛好!不會太甜,越吃越好吃! 5. 一樣也是沒拍到照的無花果磅蛋糕,無花果本身很濕潤,也有果乾的口感!磅蛋糕是紮實但偏乾的口感,但也不會乾到粉粉的,只能說濕潤度剛好,但我喜歡更濕的口感~ 個人口味評比:檸檬塔>栗子蒙布朗=可麗露=蘋果塔>無花果磅蛋糕(但無花果乾真的好好吃) 塔類都很值得點,店家表示他們的塔皮沒有在台北見過! 下次還想再來,嘗試費南雪跟芋頭口味的蛋糕~~
