★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy for an event I was attending at the Arena, the room was big. However the room smelt of cigarette smoke, the hot water did not work this was fixed after I reported it, the bed was very firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable 3 star, great for layovers. Helpful and responsive staff helped me find a pharmacy to buy an emergency asthma inhaler late at night. Would recommend. Older but functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambiance, had a comfortable room, nice breakfast, friendly staff (one is very fluent in Tagalog), a place within a district rich in history and culture, and a very accommodating General Manager... What more can I ask for? It may not be a five-star hotel, but it will surely give you a wonderful and majestic experience by treating you as a beloved and valuable guest. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable 3 star hotel, unfortunately got a room without view (had the view of a wall) but i still think the room was rather comfortable and really clean. The employees are friendly, knows english although not fluent, but really helpful for tourists. Worth to try when visiting the area.
