★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帶著濃重豆瓣味的紅燒醬油湯頭，喝來微辣中帶些微甜，略有厚度的牛腱肉是基本款的4塊，帶筋（筋頭）部分相當有嚼勁。可惜細麵偏軟，大碗量多，賣的是在地的實惠價格。
The braised soy sauce soup with thick watercress flavor is slightly spicy and slightly sweet. The slightly thick beef tendon is the basic 4 pieces, and the ribs (the tendons) are quite chewy. It's a pity that the thin noodles are soft, and the large bowls are large in quantity. They are sold at affordable prices locally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以給什錦麵四顆星因為湯頭是番茄的料多實在，小碗的份量就很大碗；牛肉麵湯頭比較淡一點三顆星，小菜地瓜葉很嫩很好吃點綴一些蒜而已就很美味，豬耳朵也是好大份真想問老闆這樣的價位會不會虧本！！真不愧是學校周邊才吃得到的美味小吃！！記得跟老闆要特製辣椒應該是手抄的加什麼都很搭！！
