★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have taken the other reviews of this store that complained about the bad service more seriously. I am writing this review after a visit to the store when it was not busy at all. After our order, the waitress did not bring the drinks we asked for. When we asked for the choice of drinks that we had ordered, she already had an unfriendly expression on her face After that we got the wrong kind of drinks again. Instead of finally bringing us the drinks that we wanted, the waitress wanted to get into an argument and we left. The worst start to a day that I can imagine Never again.
(I might want to add that the prices in this store are not as incredibly low as some people describe them here. In fact, you don't have to go very far from Zhishan station and this restaurant to save some money.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to have breakfast. One of the best quality price ratio; their hamburger is good but their sandwiches and coffee just ok. I like the ambient thought is more on the side of eat and leave than a Mama's kitchen would be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there regularly once or twice a week and always enjoyed the meals there. They always prepare my sandwich and beverage "tailored" to how I want without complaint and since I go there so often, they already remember how I like my order. It sounds strange to me the bad review. But they are indeed very busy, so if you go there during rush hours the quality of the service will drop. I try to avoid the early mornings and lunch time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be fooled by the pleasant exterior. The experience of eating there was far from pleasant.
Portions are incredibly small and the omelettes are tasteless.
The staffs’ attitude absolutely stinks and they have no customer service whatsoever. When they got our order wrong we raised it with them and they decided to argue with us. In the end we couldn’t be bothered to argue back, paid and just left.
Avoid at all costs. Regardless of their attitude towards customers there are far better places that serve better tasting breakfasts in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has one of the best taiwanese breakfast in Taipei at a very descent price. I had breakfast in many places, but I kept coming back to Mama’s due to their authentic way of cooking, very clean and neat restaurant and great service. On our last day, they gave us some taiwanese snacks as well :)
