接到門市人員來電解釋並願意退費處理，有責任心且有誠意處理，值得讚許。希望日後能繼續維持持好的服務。我也會檢討自己日後應該當下表明不想加購，堅持當場刷退，造成門市人員困擾很抱歉。

本來只是要買束腹帶，門市人員其他商品，表明只需要束腹帶，門市人員又問媽媽禮要不要順便一起換？原以為媽媽禮芬蘭箱是贈送的，結帳時門市人員卻拿了芬蘭箱床墊，開始介紹床墊用途，原以為只是介紹，結果沒問我有沒有確定要加購就直接加上499結帳了。
我今天不是完全沒消費要A你免費芬蘭箱，已經買了1980的束腹帶，還要被強加499的床墊，感受很不好。
