★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不要單方面聽信服務人員的說詞，還是要自行到官方查證才知道真正的規則為何。當初購買小朋友的衣服時表明沒拆封隨時可以更換size,但最後只能以超過退換貨日期而無法更換。除了這部分，基本上整體都很專業，可以幫助新手爸媽們多瞭解會即將遇到的問題。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員實在很煩很愛推銷，我只想買我想買的東西還說不行，公司規定有義務要告知有什麼折扣方式、現在已經不叫儲值，改叫買三萬的東西之後再退貨換別的東西，可以省很多很多，預算沒有那麼高的話可以維持兩萬的（不叫儲值），滿滿都是話術，但真的讓人很不舒服

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員專業沒話說，但句句直接切入，讓人不舒服，要不要買是消費者自己評估與需求，而不是說撿人家留下的不好怎麼樣之類的，表明就是洗腦叫你買，還有交易方式每個消費者權益有自己想法，母親節優惠檔期幫我們算有便宜方式，但我們的條件就是這樣而已，多幾百塊我也不會變窮，省那幾百塊也不會變有錢，最後我們拿禮券出來消費態度就有點變了，態度很重要，說實在的去官網買價位也是一樣的。最後也是給ㄧ顆心，服務態度不佳，專業知識很好，落差太大，消費上很不愉快，下次直接官網買就好。
