本來想過去換順便加購床墊，聽到那態度完全不想要了，麻煩你們人員重新訓練一下，那種態度完全不會讓人想去好嗎！
I called the store to ask if the Finnish bed is still in stock, and I was impatiently returned (what's more?)

I wanted to change and buy a mattress by the way, but I heard that attitude is totally undesirable. Could you please re-train your staff, that attitude will not make you want to go!
