★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent men's hair salon with a view on the Tamsui River (and free coffee while you wait). Haircuts are only 200 NTD, which is even more surprising given the quality of the cut. The only disadvantage of this place is that it is extremely popular and that you might have to cue, especially in the weekend.
