The noodles weren't bad but they could have because the guy did not blanch the in cold water. The beef is not tender but the soup was also tasteless. The wontons were actually tasty but they were oversized requiring 2 bites to finish. Stop was also tasteless. Service was bad but that's fine as yours are not required in taiwan. Since I could not finish my food, I bought more beef noodles from 7- eleven from across street. They were tastier.
