★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have compared a few shop. This is simply THE BEST in Taiwan. It might be a little pricey compared to outside generic shop which is machine processed and made without any arts and taste.
Go to the branch on Fu Hang soya milk. The boss will be there and he is very informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pastries and loved their modern takes on the traditional pastries e.g. mochi in their filled pastries and maple syrup flavoured 老婆饼。If you're a fan of yam, do try the 福芋饼, really yammy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their suncakes, mochi Q-buns, and "thousand layer" pastries are phenomenal. There's a small, satellite store by Fuhang soymilk but the main store is on the main road. Definately worth a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUST BUY their green bean cake! Awesomely good. A kind of not too sweet yet healthy and satisfying snack. Love their soyamilk cake with choices of yam, black sesame or red bean filling. Other pastries are all handmade, you can try before buying it. Will recommend to friends.
