1/23週六下午接到買布的任務
1/24早上第一次踏入迪化街,就遇到漫花時熱情老闆幫忙剪布並帶路痴的我去芊玟工作室車布邊(聽說之前有人找了三個小時還找不到)老闆沿路上介紹好吃的豆花(四點起床製作)及布行的興衰史,讓豆花迷的我任務達成後就返店吃好吃的綜合豆花加石花凍還買了老闆娘推薦的鳳梨豆腐乳(阿爸的最愛),很開心今天遇到貴人幫忙!!

因為經過很多次都沒有吃過所以今天終於買來吃吃看了~
石花凍吃起來要真的很仔細的嚐，會有一點點杏仁味？但是如果配豆花跟甜湯一起吃的話會完全蓋掉?所以我覺得就是偏在於吃他的口感啦
就是不是那種很軟一灘的那種果凍，是結實Q彈的口感，我個人很喜歡這種軟硬度，但是味道就沒有口感來的特別。
然後他們的豆花甜湯比一般我吃過大部分的店的湯，會再甜一點點，可能是因為冬天所以沒有加冰塊融化吧。
然後豆花就是中規中矩好吃的豆花。
整體還是好吃的，沒吃過可以嘗試口感。

It's not the kind of jelly that is very soft, but the taste of strong Q bomb. I personally like this kind of softness, but the taste is not special.
Then their sweet bean curd soup is a bit sweeter than most of the soups I have eaten. Maybe it’s because of the winter that it didn’t melt with ice.
Then the bean curd is the well-deserved and delicious bean curd.
The whole is delicious, you can try the taste if you haven't eaten it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 經過好幾次了，一直注意到很有台味的客家花布。這次停下來買了兩塊花布，老闆說總共有四十幾款。離去前，老闆推薦石花凍，說是早上四點半就起來熬了。點了一碗石花凍豆花，老闆免費加仙草，真是賺到！一吃，果然好吃，不甜，對身體很輕鬆。需要花布還會再回購，下次來大稻埕，都會記得來碗石花凍。
