一顆星給網路購物,體驗非常不好 4/13於網路購物平台下單刷卡付款了貓跳台及玩具,商品皆未表示缺貨並寫現貨會很快出貨 4/18網頁仍顯示訂單處理中,於是問了Line客服 (處理這整件事客服回覆速度都極慢) 這時客服才表示訂購的貓跳台缺貨,問我要不要取消訂單退款(所以我如果沒問要什麼時候才跟我說?) 同意取消訂單後,也在當日收到刷退成功的mail 結果過了半個月5/3,致電銀行發現並無任何刷退紀錄 又詢問了line客服,只回覆我請系統人員確認,一確認就是好幾個小時過去了,而且都要我主動追問進度才會回覆我,等到隔天,客服才回覆我「這邊確認是系統串接錯誤,明天將會再重新刷退一次唷~」 我是不知道什麼是系統串接錯誤,但也太瞎了吧?客人過了半個月之久發現沒刷退,主動問客服才去查,還給了這麼模稜兩可的答案,那當初刷退成功的mail是發爽的?? 當下也在line客服表達不滿,一句不好意思也沒有,只有說帳務不一致也會再請工程師確認 後來請客服於刷退成功後通知我,居然也不行==說工程師告知預計明日清晨統一刷退,叫我自己留意。整個超問號,自己拖累客人時間,信用卡都結帳了還卡著你們的刷退 門市服務我是不知道,總之這次在網路購物平台的體驗是非常差的

Once confirmed, several hours had passed, and I had to take the initiative to ask about the progress before replying to me. The next day, the customer service replied to me "This confirmation is a system string. If you received the wrong answer, I will re-flash again tomorrow~” I don't know what a system connection error is, but I'm too blind, right? After half a month, the customer found that he hadn't swiped back, so he took the initiative to ask the customer service to check, and he gave such an ambiguous answer. So is the email that was successfully swiped back in the first place? ? At the moment, I am also expressing my dissatisfaction with the line customer service. Later, I asked the customer service to notify me after the withdrawal was successful, but it didn't work == Said the engineer told me that the withdrawal was expected to be uniform in the morning tomorrow, and asked me to pay attention. The whole super question mark, dragging down the time of the guests, the credit card is checked out and still stuck with your swipe and refund I don't know about the store service. In short, the experience of this online shopping platform is very poor.
