Best Tea house in Taiwan

You gonna pay 10%service charge as you make your order and payment at the counter. Counter service is horrible! Should sack her!

Also serve tea flavoured soft serves and cafe food. However, not much view. Does have minimum charge per head. Take visa and master card. There is a toilet on second level via stairs. They also have a small shop which sell Tea leaves and tea pots.
