★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t get me wrong, the food is actually delicious. But it’s 2019 you guys still only receive cash only?! I have to run around to find an ATM and by the time I got back, my raw eggs udon has become smashed egg udon!
If this was 2009, I’d give a 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious chewy and fresh udon made right in front of you with multiple options to customize your noodles and a lot of add-ons and side dishes to choose from.
The only thing that ruins the experience is the food court - its located in one of the older department stores and the common sitting area is dirty, the tables are not being cleaned properly. Perhaps the dept. store don’t have enough staff on the floor, but it’s not the udon place fault, so still 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent udon with a selection of tempura sides for a reasonable price. A good place to grab a quick meal, but as it's in the food court, it can be hard to find seating. Also note that the staff speaks better English than my bank in Taiwan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go- to place for cold udon. This place is usually very busy so make sure you make your choices ahead of time. Cold udon with 2 eggs. Remember to add the condiments after getting the noodles. The fried foods are all very decent. The newly rolled out chicken wing was delightful. The place is a bit chaotic because it's in a mall at dinner time on a Sunday.
