★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing! The staff were extremely cordial and hospitable. The place itself had a warm and yet calming vibe to it. When it comes to food, I had the vegetable biryani and tomato basil soup. Both the dishes were excellent. The spiciness of the vegetable biryani alone was just right; not so spicy that it made my mouth catch fire and not too little either that it didn't make the dish feel authentic enough. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you for your wonderful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm shocked to see some of the poor reviews over here. This is, IMO, the best Indian restaurant in Hsinchu.
I've tried the following items:
(1) Aloo Masala Dosa (5/5): Super authentic and they don't skimp on the filling. The sambar and chutneys are great too.
(2) Paneer Masala Dosa (5/5): Same as the above. The paneer filling is great!
(3) Kadai Veggies (5/5): Stir fried veggies in the classic kadai sauce!
(4) Dal Khichdi (5/5): This is SO hard to find in Taiwan and they do justice to this classic, homely dish. It is so full of flavor!
(5) Naan (5/5): The texture is perfect!
To add to this, the owner is super friendly and helpful, and even accommodates special requests when asked. The price is very reasonable IMO.
For first time visitors, I'd recommend trying their South Indian items (dosas!) onsite to get the best texture and flavor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it, delicious range of Indian food cooked very well. I recommend that you go as a family or group too have the chance to share more dishes. The ambiance is nice and service efficient. Will be back to explore the menu. Strongly recommended so far this is easily best Indian food I've eaten in Taiwan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic! They serve the best Indian food I’ve tasted in Taiwan.
Their service is superb—they are friendly and assist you in a timely manner. They answer questions patiently. They offer great recommendations based upon your preferences. Their food is excellent and at a reasonable price. We haven’t tasted anything here we didn’t like—we liked it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so ridiculous. The food isn’t bad but the portions for uber eats and food panda are so small. Every chicken dish I ordered was about 340ish and the food has about 5-6 small pieces of chicken. I don’t think this is acceptable. This is the second time I’ve tried them on uber eats, the first time I tried was several months ago and they sent me a beef dish with 4 small pieces of beef inside. I decided to give them another shot tonight, but never again. Two thumbs DOWN. I will go to Buran’s from now on.
Reply to the owner: You’re supposed to take the percentage dip in exchange for business you otherwise wouldn’t have, NOT pass it onto the consumer. I spend over 1500ntd on your food for you to put 5 tiny pieces of chicken in the container. CHEAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth to Visit.. had a great time with scrumptious Butter Naan, Dal Makhani, Kadhayi Paneer???… and completed my food with chilled ice cream - Gulab Jamun… The dessert was super delicious and mouthwatering that made my day… Food was so delicious ? that I forgot to take pictures?? but still I can share one pic here!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time in Hsinchu and something drew me to this restaurant, the atmosphere is so relaxing, the prefect lighting to read the menu and see what you eat, mesmerizing soft Indian music in the background, the food was excellent, our son was way too excited so we had to leave before finishing our lunch to avoid him making a bigger mess, but we asked to take away what was left (not that much actually ?) … And what I care about the most, the staff, 2 amazing people who took care of us and served us delicious food, the gentleman offered my son some colorful paper coasters to entertain himself, the lady offered him white rice to lessen the sauce spiciness(I was kind of mesmerized by her, she looked like an Indian movie actress). I’m definitely coming back next time I visit Hsinchu.
