維修經驗,感受不舒服。 當初因為電腦無法開機而送修 店員說基礎判斷可能主機板燒壞維修需要7-14工作天 因為電腦是我天天必備工作用具 我表示7-14工作天天有點太久 有沒有其他方式 ,加價排急件也可以。 店員表示沒辦法真的需要7-14天 並且說「也需要給維修師傅時間好好修」 當時心想就畢竟專業人士,也是有道理 並委託維修。 約隔7天後接到通知 店家表示檢測結果 是硬碟晶片燒壞連帶主機板燒壞 資料也都救不回來。 我表示那我不修了, 想約取回電腦的時間, 跟我說電腦送回來流程要七天後 我認為這樣時間太久了, 並表明不管電腦在台灣多遠的地方我都能自己去取。 店家表明不方便,沒辦法。 後來我再詢問那如果選擇要維修 電腦回來後要多久? 店家說也是7天。 我覺得聽起來很不合理, 我不管修與不修都要7天?? 並追問難道維修不在台灣嗎 店員才表示送大陸維修 而主機板跟硬碟維修換新一天內就能完成 所以不管送不送修都是7天。 當下的感覺非常不舒服。 因為當初跟我說法 「需要這麼久的時間是需要給師傅維修時間。」 但其實根本不是這麼一回事! 不知道送大陸維修是否為行業正常行為? 電腦需要送大陸維修那真的當初不會委託! 雖然還是選擇委託維修, 店員服務過程態度也良好 但這樣的「維修經驗跟過程」, 真的感覺「不太舒服」。
