Cultural place for tourists as well as families. Educational but not that historical, like most renovated military dependent villages, there are exhibitions and stores with reserved vintage architecture. Great potential with unexpected opportunities. Right at the entrance there's this "Shion Flower Shop" that offers diy classes for any age.
You can take buses from Zhongli Railway Station or drive, Google Maps is almost always accurate here.

Actually, it was quite empty except the movie workshop.
If you have nowhere to go, it's still a place to visit.
