N	Neil Kao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is service difference in noodle store. Grade 0 even it is famous. 3/5 Reply: 2 people or more can get red round alarm machine for waiting empty seat. I only one person and got nothing. It means I should stay there for their calling and other groups with machine can fool around, shop or go to restroom?
G	Gerhard Victor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I visited Mayfull Fine Foods for the second time. I specially went back for a Leg of Lamb and "Spring (Baby) Chickens. I was very happy to find both the first time, and may I add, we enjoyed eating both. So we went back and bought another Leg of Lamb but the chickens looked very "strange." (A funny color and so small that my husband thought it reminded him of a bird.) The reason why I initially visited the shop was to buy Oxtail. Unfortunately the Oxtail they sell is not good quality, so if they can do something about this it will be great! Overall the shop is neat, with a very good variety of products. So, if you like to eat lamb you know where to find it now!
C	Chris Mar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mayfull has the finest meat selection on Taiwan with newly arrived Japanese Kobe, US Black Angus and Australian Wagu, Their reputation as the top quality supplier is well established and usually they have a helpful and friendly service attitude. I found their selection of fresh organic vegtables and selection of a variety of organic lettuces, milk from Hokaido and some snacks from Europe to be of very good quality. The fruit selection definitely needs to come up. Prices range from reasonable to quite expensive in general. Consider this shop to be a high-end, speciality marketplace.

The soup was basically MSG mixed with a very watery and oily broth. Even their fried cabbage tasted like nothing plus MSG... all in all it was pretty bad.

I would shop there more often, and buy more, spend more except the people selling are very aggressive. Today I could not get out of the store fast enough because the man in the tea department would not leave us alone. We would have spent money on steaks, seafood, much more, but we did not have a chance to look without being bothered. We told the man in the tea department no thank you twice, and then he still bothered us when we were in line. I understand wanting to sell, but customers should not feel like they cannot have time to shop on their own in peace.
M	Michael J Del Toro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good market to buy products to make for yourself but not one to buy ready made food. Prices aren’t obnoxious but are a little high. This is to expected for imports since Taiwan has pretty high tariffs. It does stock some products you can have a hard time finding elsewhere in Taiwan. I usually buy just horseradish here since the other places that used to carry it no longer do. This is an issue with Taiwan in that you might find an imported product one time and never see it again. It isn’t the fault of this store but it is something to be aware of in Taiwan. Overall a good store for imports.

Couple of big misses, seems no smoked fish like smoked salmon or trout and no fresh fish (not that you can't buy elsewhere in Taipei). I didn't notice a charcuterie area and no items like dips or hummus. What they do have is well priced and good quality and they had small sized turkeys which was something I specifically wanted. Very good imported cheese counter with very reasonable pricing. Unfortunately not quite a one stop shopping place.
