處理事情態度消極,推托,已事前確認車輛漏油情況,所有需要更換零件也全數報價給我,付了訂金,告知我訂貨約2個禮拜,結果2個禮拜都過了,完全沒有人跟我聯絡,致電詢問才說,因為疫情卡在日本進不來,所以呢?不需要主動聯繫客人?後面整整等了一個月,零件來了,進廠換修,留車三天,交車當天卻來電,告知傳動軸沒有幫我叫到貨,再加上技師說只要更換傳動軸防塵套就可以,無需換掉整支傳動軸,既然這樣當初報價給我傳動軸是什麼意思?然後都要交車了才來電詢問???交車隔天開車時發現安全氣囊燈號亮起,原本的行程只好取消,又再進廠請技師幫忙確認什麼情況,結果告知我:已消除故障碼,要我再觀察看看,什麼鬼?一直強調他們前一天沒有動到這部分,有沒有動到我們怎麼會知道,但是確實就是進廠後燈號亮起啊,難道是我自己去動到?檢修過程就只是幫忙消除故障碼???完全不推薦來這邊,這種做事態度讓我也無法相信技師能有多專業,不放心只好又再另外安排進其他廠幫忙確認
