從購車時的隔一年車禍給原廠板修,修了半年交車後又發現一堆問題,來來回回給你們維修至少5至6趟了,花了3個月的時間才維修好 ,搞得讓我對你們真的很沒信心,品質越來越爛,交車時都不會認真巡一下,隨隨便便就交車,當客人是白痴嗎? 再來今年3月出,發現當初有切後葉子板的位置,後擋風玻璃旁有生鏽回去給你們原廠處理, 3個師傅前前後後看了快40分鐘 ,生鏽的問題為何需要看這麼久?真的讓我很搞不懂你們到底是在幹嘛的,後來跟我討論的時候卻一直推卸責任,說「這是正常的」不是他們切後葉子鈑的問題? 我就回:生鏽的位置就是跟當初切後葉子鈑的地方衍生出來的!如果是別的部位我怎麼還會去反應??? 結果廠長跟我討論後,得出的結論是拆後擋風玻璃要我支出費用$2000多,你們沒做好防銹導致生鏽卻要客人負責,到底什麼邏輯?後來客訴得出的結論就是各出一半的拆玻璃費用,我也答應了只想趕快把問題解決就好。 然而今天6/1號我發現後擋風玻璃旁又生鏽,詢問外面的板修老闆說這是拆玻璃而刮傷導致的生鏽,我真的對你們原廠很失望,沒技術就別誇口稱可以負責,客人的時間就不是時間是不是? 進口車的後勤真的沒有多厲害,沒技術不要出來害別人,一再相信你們,給你們幾次機會了?外廠都比你們專業,如果被日本那邊知道台灣原廠做成這樣,台灣的都該倒一倒了,其他人要給原廠修真的要慎選,非不得已請找外廠修。「有鈑金問題記得找鈑噴中心維修請對症下藥」原廠維修根本不行,只會要求換新的,從來不會找問題點解決。給原廠修真的是再浪費時間跟浪費金錢。

As a result, after discussing with me, the factory manager came to the conclusion that dismantling the rear windshield would cost me more than $2,000. You did not do a good job of rust prevention, but the customer was responsible for the rust. What is the logic? Later, the client's complaint came to the conclusion that half of the cost of dismantling the glass was paid. I also agreed that I just wanted to solve the problem as soon as possible. However, today, on June 1st, I found rust next to the rear windshield. I asked the panel repair boss outside and said it was rust caused by scratching the glass. I'm really disappointed with your original factory. If you boast that you can be responsible, the time of the guests is not the time, right? The logistics of imported cars are really not that great. If you don’t have the skills, don’t come out and harm others. I believe you again and again. How many times have I given you a chance? The foreign factories are more professional than you. If Japan knows that the original Taiwan factory is doing this, the Taiwanese factory should be down. Others should choose carefully if they want to repair the original factory. "If there is a sheet metal problem, remember to find a sheet metal spray center for repair, and please prescribe the right medicine." The original factory repair is simply not good, it will only require a new one, and will never find a solution to the problem. It's a waste of time and money to repair to the original factory.
