這個月五日(四)我太太馬自達3的汽車無法用遙控鎖開關汽車,我太太以為是電池沒電於是到馬自達文心所保養場去請技師幫忙換電池,結果技師直接判定是遙控器壞了 不是電池沒電須更換遙控器,換遙控器不含鑰匙是3377元,如果加上鑰匙要4500元。我太太不疑有他就付了1500元的訂金訂不含鑰匙的遙控器給他。當我太太回到家跟我敘述這件事情,我心想應該是要換新電池測試一下,於是我特意到電子街買了一顆新電池裝上遙控器測試,結果就能夠正常的開關車子了。這時候想這家保養廠技師也太沒有水準了,連這麼簡單的測試動作都沒有做 好。我太太 5月6日早上8點就連絡車廠,而且很慎重的 請車廠接電話的人員要記錄且要重視這件事情,並告知不要訂這個遙控器了。之後 保養廠人員回電說可以退還訂金,於是我太太在5月9日週一的時候去領這筆訂金, 到保養廠的時候他告知會計小姐要來領退這筆1500元的訂金,小姐問我太太為什麼要退這筆訂金,我太太就告訴他原委,於是會計小姐就進去詢問狀況了以後 就退還給我太太1500元的訂金。 我只是想說這麼重大的違失保養廠的主管竟然沒有出面出來說明並致歉,就這樣輕描淡寫的請會計小姐退還1500元,想說以後到這家保養廠去處理愛車遙控器的人,是不是也都會被蒙蔽了,如果自己完全信任技師的說法而被蒙蔽,那真的就當了冤大頭。 雖然說明的時間較晚,但是為了使有類似狀況的駕駛員不要當成冤大頭,所以還是提出陳述。
