車子不是屏東買的 回屏東因為車子保固內回去處理故障 還有被撞的修復, 這服務廠認真態度 有讓我覺得很積極服務態度都很好 從組長接待人員 技師 都很輕切 很有耐心 沒像有像其他保養廠技師 那種唬爛 瞎掰 真的要上來給他們五顆星 希望能鼓勵到這認真的他們

觀察了一段時間,廠長的服務及專業度很好 , 總是會身體力行帶頭做,期望整個圉隊的內部運作也能正面積極 , 讓外在服務品質提高,也讓內在競爭力強化 (如 , 曾經兩次以上於下午 6 點多打電話請員工於次日告知保養廠人員安排進廠預約 , 結果音訊全無 !? 見微知著 , 若有些客群上班時間不方便打電話 , 企業內部卻沒有因應的機制 ? 可惜了)
