服務人員非常親切且耐心的先幫我做處理，並作出非常合適的建議，對待過路客人一點都沒有亂收費或做出不專業的判斷，回台北後由原服務廠處理也獲得一致的處理判斷，讓我用非常微小的代價還原新車的傷痕，非常謝謝花蓮廠的吳技師！感謝花蓮廠的服務人員與親切待客的態度，謝謝！
