★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MBA管理也蠻好的，有地下停車場和垃圾場，不用追垃圾車，環境寧靜，周邊都是田，就是有點太偏僻，去後門和學校有點距離。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比起中央大學的後門租屋，這裡安靜又舒適，打開窗戶是一整片的稻田，還看的到飛機進場路線還有高鐵。
交通很方便，騎到高鐵的路不用2分鐘，對於機車族南來北往很不錯。我因為工作常常要跑竹南，也只有一個小時10分鐘就到了。
有獨立的電錶，電費比起中央大學後門便宜極多。

The traffic is very convenient. It takes 2 minutes to ride the high-speed rail. It is very good for the locomotives to come south. I often run Zhunan because of my work, and it only takes an hour and 10 minutes to arrive.
There are independent electricity meters, and the electricity bill is much cheaper than the back door of the Central University.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區服務人員素質很差，因為不滿東西放在摩托車上被偷了兩次，頂樓曬衣場的衣服被人丟到一樓田裡，之前日班保全跟他報告這些事，他只回你是不是得罪人就不理人了，因不滿服務態度去投訴，他不是去反躬自省反而去想辦法藉機公報私仇加以報復檢舉人，這跟黑道流氓有什麼差別，打混摸魚就睜隻眼閉隻眼罷了，保全是保一方安全，不要胡作非為整天只會搞鬥爭

1.紗窗破掉
2.窗戶縫隙大，膠條老化，蟲會鑽進來
3.窗簾又薄又短，根本遮不了陽光
4.壁癌
5.牆壁滲水（雖然不太嚴重）
6.頂樓冷氣不給力，開了會涼，只有涼
這幾點是目前未解決的，隨時更新現況，希望能幫助要租的人往後能多注意這些點。
優點：
1.房東人很好，有反應就會解決
2.鄰居也不吵
3.有管理室跟室內機車格

地下室有點臭（快速經過就好），小蟲子偏多（窗戶關好就不影響），離吃的東西很遠，隔音偏差。
除此之外，走廊整潔，洗衣機洗得蠻乾淨的，有室內機車停車位，建商給熱水器很好用，沒什麼好挑剔的。
To students who are looking at the house:

In addition, the corridors are tidy, the washing machine is quite clean, there is an indoor locomotive parking space, the builders use the water heater very well, there is nothing to be fussy about.
