★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買一杯咖啡等了快半小時，後面的人都拿走了！櫃檯也不會詢問，過去問了之後才發現做完放在咖啡機上面！糟糕的服務品質！回家後還發現根本拿錯別人的給我！員工教育要不要再加強呀？
I waited almost half an hour to buy a cup of coffee, and the people behind took it away! The counter will not ask, but after asking in the past, I found out that it was finished and placed on the coffee machine! Terrible service quality! When I got home, I found that I had given it to me by the wrong person! Should employee education be further strengthened?
