Nobody cares about the on-site ordering. I had to drive over and finally get a lunch for the kids in half an hour. I gave the dearest infield service a one-star praise. It’s ironic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 站在櫃檯超過五分鐘都沒人來點餐，前2分鐘跟我說稍等一下，後來我回到座位等還是沒人在櫃檯收銀，我重新站回去等，連他們經理走過去都不幫忙點餐！雖然我知道你們有點餐機，所以如果我想用甜心卡就必須一直站在櫃檯空等嗎？覺得這邊員工需要在訓練..
I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes and no one came to order. The first 2 minutes told me to wait a moment. Later, when I returned to my seat and waited, there was still no one at the counter. I stood back and waited, and even their manager did not help when they walked over. order! Although I know you guys have food machines, so if I want to use my sweetheart card, do I have to stand at the counter all the time? I think the staff here needs to be trained..
