★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In times of pandemic, when Taiwan announced alert Level from Level 3 to Level 2 which allowed to some restaurants to resume dine in but still need to follow rules like social distancing and numbers of diners, this place has one of the best response to the diners who forgot the rules. I saw one of the staff who talked in a very friendly, respectful way to those who didn't follow social distancing. A big thumbs up to their friendly customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McDonald's in the RT-Mart building, just outside the entrance to the hypermarket. This place doesn't have drive-through and is lacking a visual monitor for calling orders. You need to be able to listen to calling number in Mandarin Chinese. On the plus side, it has lots of seats with various sizes of tables. It's not too crowded during weekday lunchtime.
