★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service isn’t that good. As a local the service is not good at all. However, it’s clean inside not much to say about inside the restaurant. Just the service when I went ordering isn’t that comfortable. They don’t take you seriously. At least that’s what I feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hygiene of the restaurant is horrible. The environment is not comfortable. Especially on the chairs, tables, and windows. There're leftover food pieces on table and stuck in the gap of the chair. Moreover their windows are cover with dusts and fingerprints. For visual references as attached below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy refused to take my order directly and insisted that if I wanted to order anything, I had to use the computer order screen. I'm not trying to cut in line, I just really don't like depending on computers all the time, and I'm quite happy to place my order at the counter and wait. Guy still wouldn't take my order - Very disappointed in this service.

I like that they have a parking for scooters and electronic menu for orders with a possibility to customize each item you order. E.g. add more sauce into you burger, remove some ingredients, add more specific ingredients etc.
