And the boss emphasized that breakfast can only be received from "8:30-9:30". We chose to bring it back to the room due to epidemic prevention. As a result, the take-out drinks were only 70% full, and the labels on the provided fruits were not removed. The hygiene quality is worrying and disgusting. The boss said that in response to environmental protection, we did not take the initiative to provide toiletries, but because we were inconvenient to carry things, we explained to the boss beforehand, and as a result, when we checked-in to ask for it on the same day, it was broken again. When we checked in, we found that the sheets were dirty. Due to the sudden change in the number of tourists we traveled, there would be an extra quilt, which could just be replaced. There was a strange smell when I first entered the room. Paper slippers were not provided, but the environmentally friendly slippers looked unsanitary. One of the rooms had a window-type air conditioner, which was not implemented in the name of environmental protection. The lights in the bathroom are not bright enough, but the water temperature is the big problem. The sensing speed is slow, so the water will be hot and cold, and a layer of skin will almost be burnt off. There is no carpet or floor mat on the floor, and the bathroom of the six-person room cannot be locked! Luckily we were traveling as a group of friends. The boss's service attitude is very poor. I think one night here is not cheap, but the attitude revealed by the boss is unflattering. The communication before check-in seems to be with another woman, and it is still very pleasant. Because we were buying fruit, we asked the boss if we could borrow knives. The boss said that it could only be used on the first floor.
