In my university, we have one branch but for every small work, I need to go to the Zhongli branch & which is approximately 2 km from University. Services are poor and need to upgrade. For every work, you have to fill the form & language will be in native & never expect any help from staff in translation. In the end, you have to ask your native friend to help you. There are Many good banks in Taiwan, who are friendly, cooperative. I don't have the option to give negative stars otherwise I will prefer to give that.
