★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率差到驚人！來辦開戶，同樣開戶的前面只有一位，等了兩個小時，整間銀行內客戶都處理完了。後面陸續進來的客戶也很快就處理好，排在我前面的開戶還沒辦好！
 The efficiency is terrible! To open an account, there was only one person in front of the account. After waiting for two hours, the entire bank of customers was processed. The customers who came in afterwards were quickly dealt with, and the account opening in front of me was not done yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來開戶有領號碼牌，被插隊只說我看到另外一個先生先來的，所以他先辦，不會很久大概20-30分鐘。
I got a number plate when I came to open an account. I was cut in and only said that I saw another gentleman who came first, so he did it first. It won't be long, about 20-30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 動作超級慢，雖然現在是疫情期間人手不足，但是動線也該好好規劃，讓開戶的人跟存款的人一起等，不但增加群聚的風險，對銀行形象也不好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯彭詩萍彭小姐服務真的親切，所以給五顆星，只是開戶真的要等很久，沒有好的服務可能連1星都沒有，要開戶建議先打過來問開戶要多久避免浪費時間
The service of Miss Peng Shiping at the counter is really kind, so I give five stars, but it takes a long time to open an account. If there is no good service, you may not even have 1 star. If you want to open an account, you are recommended to call and ask how long it takes to open an account to avoid wasting time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去補辦外匯帳簿，姓羅的服務小姐態度差不說，我花錢$100補辦，還要拿到一本因作業失誤上導致帳簿封面的污損，交易明細竟然印在封面上 橡皮擦擦拭，立可帶塗改過的封面 ⋯⋯⋯我都懷疑這本子的真實性

開戶至少都需要40分到一小時
希望大家都能了解
不要一昧覺得自己的時間是時間
別人幫你開戶也是需要時間很動作的
