★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午2：00左右僅有3位左右的客人，卻等了至少有30分鐘，行員動作超慢、不急叫號的服務態度，實在讓人不敢相信這是在國貿大樓的銀行服務櫃臺，服務態度也超差，是間令人感到失望的分行！！！
At around 2:00 in the afternoon, there were only about 3 guests, but they waited for at least 30 minutes. The service attitude of the crew was very slow and they did not rush to call the number. It was hard to believe that this was at the bank service counter of the International Trade Building. The service attitude is also very bad, it is a disappointing branch! !! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開戶跟辦數位帳戶去了兩次，5號櫃台的男生非常有耐心，也幫忙搞懂那個不太好用的app，現在帳戶使用上都非常方便，很感謝。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從進門後詢問了需辦業務，回覆辦理開戶需要等一下，一等就是一個鐘頭，等待這麼久沒有任何進度推進與前來關切，需要主動詢問才去了解現場狀況，在期間僅有一組客人臨櫃辦理下，其它絕大部分時間所有行員都閒置著，不明白為何偌大的銀行只有一個櫃檯可供開戶，且一個客戶開戶就需要處理幾個小時？
之後因為無法再繼續等待，離開前告知坐在門口的行員等了很久得先離開，得到的回應是「喔～好。」
此分行的行事效率與服務態度讓人難以置信的差勁。
After entering the door, I asked about the business, and I needed to wait for the reply to open the account. The first wait is an hour. After waiting for so long, there is no progress or concern. You need to take the initiative to ask to understand the on-site situation. Under the counter, all the bankers are idle most of the time. I don't understand why the big bank only has one counter for opening an account, and it takes several hours for a customer to open an account?
Later, because I couldn’t wait any longer, I told the clerk sitting at the door to leave after waiting for a long time before leaving. The response I got was "Oh~ good."
The efficiency and service attitude of this branch is incredibly poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以下是已經發生好幾次：九點開門後取號機壞掉，等好久才能取號，明明一個客人都沒有，卻沒有行員叫號。上前去問，行員說她早上是要處理別的業務的。哭笑不得。不知道的人還以為是在人家上班前就去要求人家幫我做事。明明時間已經9:10 。

Obviously there was no customer, but no clerk called the number. When I went up to ask, the clerk said that she had to deal with other business in the morning. Can't laugh or cry. People who don't know think that they are asking people to help me with things before they go to work. Obviously it's 9:10.
