只為了拿提款卡.... 等了快一小時
 It's too slow, the teller is still chatting with the customers, and at least 18 people are waiting behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開個戶想要買基金而已，開戶業務不知道在邱幾點的，說什麼現在詐騙很多，不給開，態度有夠囂張的，沒看過有銀行態度那麼差的
I just want to open an account and want to buy funds. I don’t know what time I’m in Qiu’s account opening business. I’m saying that there are a lot of scams now. I don’t open it. The attitude is arrogant enough. I haven’t seen any bank with such a bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 動作有夠慢的，一個號要等了快半小時，有人特意請假辦理還是等不到可以辦理，耗了那麽久的時間，網路被抱怨那麽多次貴銀行還不知道怎麼改善嗎！
The action was slow enough. It took almost half an hour to wait for an account. Someone asked for a leave to apply for it, but still couldn't wait for it to be processed. After so long, the Internet was complained so many times that your bank still didn't know how to improve it!

畢竟加工區業務量太大
但在我等了1個半小時前面從31人變成剩下27人的時候，無聊來看了Google評論，真的好實在，1顆星是給Google評論的真實性。
看完就決定瀟灑離去，不要浪費生命。
I can understand why the runners are so slow
After all, the processing area has too much business
But when I waited for an hour and a half from 31 people to the remaining 27 people, I was bored to read the Google review, which is really good, and 1 star is the authenticity of the Google review.
After reading it, I decided to leave unrestrainedly, not to waste my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員辦事效率全國最后一名，等一個多小時才跳一號，二十年前也是一樣，二十年后一點都沒進步，效率比郵局還低，太沒競爭力了，真的很無言…
The clerk's efficiency is the last in the country. It takes more than an hour to jump to the first number. It was the same 20 years ago. After 20 years, there is no improvement at all. The efficiency is lower than that of the post office. It is too uncompetitive, really speechless...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真是有夠爛…..明明沒有很多人 1個號碼可以等至少10分鐘才跳1號 只是辦個簡單的存提款等了至少40分鐘起跳 行員一堆瞎忙 真的不懂 官股銀行都是這樣的服務品質嗎？！
It's really bad enough.... Obviously there are not many people who can wait at least 10 minutes for one number before jumping to number 1. Just do a simple deposit and withdrawal and wait for at least 40 minutes. Is this the quality of service? !

2022/03/24 09:51抽到號碼牌要領新的提款卡，卻叫到我的時候是10:33分了。從我進去的23開始叫號再加上701、501，這樣半小時超過才服務不到6個，這種效率….真的很…
分行經理，請問你都沒在監控你的行員做事積極度嗎？還是你以為在園區內反正有日月光靠著….
更扯的是..分行還會不忘叫飲料分好每個同事，而不願意趕緊叫號服務。
（本來很想從一進去錄下來，因為在看股票就沒有錄了）
能跟總行反應嗎？還是沒效….

Branch manager, are you not monitoring the enthusiasm of your staff? Or do you think that there is a sun and moonlight in the park anyway...
What's even more ridiculous is that the branch will not forget to order drinks for each colleague, rather than rushing to call for service.
